People who seek my help do so to resolve their conflicting thoughts and feelings which cause anxiety, depression, frustration, and anger; all of which disrupt their lives and relationships. Most of all, I believe that people struggle with deep seated self-loathing and fear of loss and abandonment and that these feelings create compulsive, irrational, and often self-destructive behaviors in their work and relationships.
I believe that therapy helps people who are suffering make changes in their lives as their constricting and compulsive thoughts, beliefs and feelings are expressed, in an open and accepting relationship, and understood and transformed into constructive and positive life action.
